the lower 48 states.
Additional shipping cost may

with larger displacement vehicles
starting with 200cc and higher and

vehicles from 300 lbs plus.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and International orders
will have an additional shipping
cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 3-7 business
days for delivery of non-backordered
items in the continental US. Allow
additional time for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and International
Orders.
Free Shipping On An Item

The
Free Shipping offer is defined
as ground shipping service on
items marked as free shipping
only. Other items (not marked as
free shipping) added to an order
will be charged normal shipping
rates. Average delivery time is
1-7 business days on orders
comprised of in-stock and
available items.

continental 48 U.S. states
only. APO addresses are

Returns and Exchanges:
General
Merchandise: All returns must be
postmarked no later than 30 days
from the original customer shipment
date. Returns and exchanges must be
in new condition and must include
all instructions and original
packing material. Customer pays all
return shipping charges. Include a
copy of your packing list with all
returns.
Original shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Returns
must be preauthorized by us
and are
subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
These amounts will be deducted from
the original amount billed and the
remaining balance will be credited
to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an
incorrect item no extra charges will
be incurred. We will replace
incorrect items and pay the
additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for
exchange. We will exchange customer
orders that do not fit, if the
customer requests the same item in a
different size. Customer pays all
shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect
customer orders can be exchanged for
any other item without paying the
restocking charge. However, the
customer will pay the additional
shipping and handling charge. The
replacement item must be at least
75% of the value of the original
item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return
via prepaid Ups, US mail etc. Insure
shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not
responsible for packages lost during
return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Enclose a copy of your packing list
or E-mail Invoice along with
detailed return/exchange
instructions.
The exception: There are no
returns, refunds or exchanges on any
item such as Scooters, ATV'S Mini
Bikes, or other electric or
motorized vehicles. These items will
be repaired under warranty. All
sales are final, and sold "as is".
All sale receipts and credit card
drafts may or may not be signed by
the customer.
PLEASE READ.
If during the applicable warranty
period from the delivery date, your
vehicle(s) are found to be
defective, we will supply you with
replacement part(s) at our option.
If your replacement part is not, in
stock they will be ordered. You will
be then notified upon their
arrival. Some wait time may occur.
The customer is responsible for the
freight cost for shipping out
replacement parts in some cases and
shipping back defective parts, if
applicable. This shipping cost will
include parts that are damaged from
the factory or distributor upon
delivery of your scooter unless
damage is a direct result of the
shipper used for your order, in this
case damages/part replacement will
be corrected through industry
procedure and follow up with freight
company.

Sales tax is charged on instate
orders as required by law.

Backordered Items:
Backorders: If an item is
backordered, we will notify you via
e-mail. Shipments scheduled more
than 30 days after the order date:
We will notify you via email and
give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will
be filled before new orders when the
backordered items become available.

crated direct from the warehouse,
delivered by freight carrier to your
residence or a commercial location.
Typically some light assembly is

PREPARATION OF YOUR NEWLY PURCHASED

Although every unit is new and in
excellent condition when it leaves
our warehouse, adjustments and or
the tightening of parts and or nuts
and bolts may be needed due to the
transportation, shipping and
handling of your item. There
are no refunds or exchanges so
please read carefully and ask any
questions prior to purchasing
your
item.
Crated item(s) are very heavy so you may want
to arrange to have someone help to
move it when it arrives.
(Drivers are very helpful, but are
not required to help you un-load
your package. A two wheel dolly in
many cases are available with driver ).

ASSEMBLY:
Assembly And
Set-Up:
Assembly is straight forward and may
involve the installation of wheels,
handlebars, bumpers and charging the
battery. You are responsible for
performing the set-up and preparation
that a dealer would normally perform
which may include the following:
checking tire pressure, filling and
charging the battery, adjusting
wheel alignment, adjusting the drive
chain and tensioner for proper
tightness, installing and adjusting
handlebars and height, adjusting
brakes, topping off fluids both
engine and transmission, checking
the tightness of electrical
connections and adjusting the
carburetor and or idle along with
other necessary adjustments and
assembly.
We suggest
you to hire a qualified motorcycle
mechanic or small engine shop to
ensure
your vehicle is operating under the
recommended conditions prior to use
(or purchase G TECH).
We also provide support via phone. It is prudent
to point out that improper assembly
can result in injury and even death.
If you are not mechanically inclined, you
should have it assembled by a
professional or supervised by
someone who is mechanically
inclined.
State LAW:
According to Florida law a
regular drivers license is required
to operate any motorized vehicle on
the street and a motorcycle license
is required for vehicles over 50cc
displacement.
NOTE:
The only exception for a required drivers license is a human powered bicycle or a
electric bicycle w/pedals.
